Go Green Maintenance Options
With a GoGreen Preventative Maintenance Program, you can take control of your environment and avoid or mitigate the consequences of equipment failure while benefiting from the energy cost savings that are present through a comprehensive maintenance plan. Homes in which proper HVAC maintenance is completed will use up to 15 percent less energy.
We offer a couple of different options for our Preventative Maintenance Programs. Our quarterly program provides one full maintenance and three “test and inspect” visits. This program comes with our Filter and Drain Line Guarantees.
We also offer a bi-annual maintenance program that provides one full maintenance along with one “test and inspects” maintenance. In addition to these services we also offer monthly filter changes with a drain line clearance.

Monthly filter changes come with the “Filter Guarantee”. We will not charge for any required filter changes outside of our scheduled visits or any repair that is the result of a clogged or dirty filter.

Flushing the water heater at the end of off-season prolongs the life of your heating elements and removes corrosive sediments and stagnant, odorous water from the tank.
